This exhibition brings together an incredible group of artists, each with a unique voice and vision, with sculptures and paintings. First exhibition in Canada at the end of this September! Get ready for the INTIMATE Exhibition Opening Night on Sept 25, from 16:00h to -19:00 at Zwicker & Co. With its prime location on the thriving waterfront and the historical elements of Zwicker & Co. (the original business was founded in 1789), it is a prominent building for the UNESCO World Heritage site.

I am deeply grateful and happy to have received another Honorable Mention for one of my artworks, in this case at the Black & White Photo Contest of the reFocus Awards 2024 in the Professional Portrait Photography category. These recognitions always mean a lot to me. I try my luck in many contests knowing that thousands of people, among which are really good artists, participate and always feel lucky when I receive an award, considering the other participants.

I have finally started to publish and show you my first artworks from my new narrative photographic series of self-portraits “The Mystery of Hrafndís”, taken in various locations in Iceland during February 2024. The photographs were taken with a camera on a tripod using remote shutter and also with a drone.

I am thrilled to share the exciting news that I just started a non-exclusive artist representation by LeDuc Fine Art Photography Gallery, a gallery based in Nova Scotia, Canada, located on its east coast. Starting this August, I am excited to work in collaboration with the gallery, and I look forward to sharing my artistic vision with a broader audience through this partnership.

I am deeply honored and grateful to receive two honorable mentions at the Foto Slovo Awards 2024 in the Professional Fine Art Photography category. This double recognition means so much to me and reaffirms my passion for capturing my inner world world through my lens. Award winning artworks are: “Delicate Fragments” and, for the first time, “Invisible Wounds”.

With great gratitude and joy, I can report that I have had the pleasure of recently winning a new photography award! I have won a prize in the MUSE Photography Awards 2024 in the category of Professional Fine Art Photography. It is always a huge honor to be able to receive an award and it always feels like something super special. My work has been reviewed and selected by creative and art directors from international agencies, established photographers, photo editors, art collectors, educators or business owners from around the world.
